各ツアーページに表示の金額（消費税込）。Each day's price is stated on its own page — one figure for everyone coming, consumption tax included, never a per-person rate.

商品代金以外の必要料金 · Costs beyond the price

各ページの「含まれるもの」に記載のないもの（現地での飲食・入場料・交通費等）は、お客様のご負担（実費）となります。Whatever a day's page doesn't list as included — food and drink, entry tickets, travel during the day — is yours, paid at the counter and at the door, at what it costs. Nothing goes through us, nothing is marked up, and we add no booking or payment fees of our own.

お支払い方法 · How you pay

クレジットカード決済（Stripe）。Major cards, processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.

お支払い時期 · When you pay

ご予約確定時に全額をお支払いいただきます。A single day is paid in full the moment the booking confirms — nothing is ever owed to us on the day itself.

役務の提供時期 · When the service happens

ご予約いただいたツアー当日、合意した開始時刻より。The booked day itself, from the agreed start time.

キャンセル・返金 · Cancellations and refunds

お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合（in writing, please — the clock runs to the agreed start time）:

• 開始72時間前まで：全額返金 — more than 72 hours before the start, everything you have paid is refunded.
• 開始72〜24時間前：50%返金 — between 72 and 24 hours, half is refunded.
• 開始24時間以内：返金不可 — inside 24 hours, no refund; your guide has held the day for you.

当社都合による中止の場合は、事由を問わず全額を返金いたします。If we cancel — including force majeure and guide illness we cannot cover — you get everything back, whatever the notice. The full policy, including weather and changes, is in our terms.
